Nearly 40,000 people die each year in a motor-vehicle accident.
While automakers have improved car safety with advancements such as strategically placed air bags and high-tech collision avoidance systems, other factors like distracted driving, speeding and lack of seatbelt utilization keep the death toll high. Additionally, transportation-related fatalities continue to be the greatest cause of on-the-job fatalities each year. While we can’t control or sometimes predict what other drivers will do, we can examine and commit to change our own behaviors.
Our Defensive Driving course teaches participants how to recognize and change their risky driving behaviors.
